“This was not a fun or great experience! I booked this room for me and my wife 1 year wedding anniversary and all the things I was promised and told that would happen did not happen. Then when I made them aware what didn’t happen I was promised again it would after we returned from dinner and it still was not. I wanted to surprise my wife and we both were highly disappointed!!”
