“Camera pulita, parcheggio gratuito, solito difetto della struttura HILTON: la pulizia delle camere non è giornaliera e nessuno ti avvisa. Colazione una mattina alla carta (quindi limitata dal budget 24 USD) e un'altra mattina self-service: potrebbe essere decisamente migliorata.”

“This overnight stay was wonderful. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds with accommodation for people with mobility issues. The room was easy to get around, comfortable, clean and they provided plenty of towels and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. This was beneficial since I was sharing the room with a friend. We ate at the casual restaurant and enjoyed our meal. If you are using the valet allow at least 30 minutes for them to bring your car to the front.”

“This is a beautiful hotel with such friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious and included pancakes, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, a variety of muffins and bagels, coffee, juices and milk. Coffee, tea and iced water were available in the main lobby 24/7. The suite itself was beautifully decorated, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to not feel crowded. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Dallas!...

Tutto perfetto anche se questa cosa dei check-in automatici al tuo arrivo dopo un viaggio di oltre 15 ore non sono il massimo. Le comunicazioni che inviano sono troppe e si fa confusione tra app, notifiche push, e-mail ecc. Ci sono tanti codici da trovare, tastierini, codici per la camera, per il piano, per il parcheggio... il tutto ricevuto via app o email e non tutti i viaggiatori arrivano con la...

“My room was full of mildew. It was overwhelming. I complained and they moved me to another room with the same problem. The next day I complained again and they said they would clean the air conditioner. It made no effect so they moved me again. Next room was free from mold, but I developed new itchy bite marks on my abdomen and arms each morning.”
